Transport in oxygen bags on our fixed shipping day. Shipping costs are set per order; pickup is always free.
Pay securely via Mollie (incl. iDEAL/Wero, Bancontact and credit card). Every koi first spends 4–5 weeks in our own quarantine.
If a bid is placed in the last 5 minutes, we extend the auction by 5 minutes. This can happen repeatedly.
Set a maximum and the system automatically bids the minimum increment on your behalf up to that amount. You never miss a bid; your maximum stays secret.
Your koi may overwinter with us free of charge. If you have a heated pond or quarantine tank, you can collect your koi by arrangement.
Once your koi is out of quarantine: pickup or delivery within 3 weeks.
If anything happens to the koi before you receive or collect it, that is our risk: you get your money back, or credit for a future auction if you prefer.
We deliver to Netherlands, Austria, Czechia, Luxembourg, Poland, Slovakia.
Delivery costs from €130.00 per shipment, for each of these countries.
We determine the shipping costs per order — depending on destination, packaging and the number of koi. You see the amount before you pay.
You can collect your koi by appointment at our place in Wintelre, always free of charge.
In case of withdrawal, the direct costs of return transport are for the consumer's account. The estimated maximum cost is €130.00. Returns and withdrawal.
Estimate based on a chargeable weight of up to 15 kg. The actual costs may differ depending on weight, dimensions, destination and the carrier’s current surcharges. We will tell you the expected costs before the return transport takes place.
