How does bidding work?
Create a free account, open a live auction and place your bid using the quick-bid buttons or your own amount. Your bid must be at least the current price plus the bid increment.
What is anti-sniping?
If a bid arrives in the final minutes, the auction extends automatically. This repeats with every further bid, so the auction only closes once nobody bids anymore and no one can be sniped at the last second.
When have I won?
You win when you hold the highest bid at the moment the auction closes and the reserve price has been met. You are notified straight away and the auction appears in your account under ‘Won’.
How can I pay?
Payments run securely through Mollie — using iDEAL, Bancontact or credit card. After winning you first choose delivery or pickup, then you pay online.
How are the koi shipped?
We ship koi in oxygen bags with temperature control via insured transport. Within the Netherlands and Belgium usually within 48 hours; international on request.
Is there a health guarantee?
Yes. Every koi is checked by a vet and goes through 21 days of quarantine in our own facility. After delivery a 14-day health guarantee applies.
Do I receive a certificate?
Every koi comes with a certificate of authenticity stating the registered bloodline and breeder. You can view the certificate and health report on the auction page.
Can I view a koi beforehand?
Every auction page has an extensive photo gallery with zoom, videos and all specifications. Do you have a specific question? Feel free to get in touch.
